Adding a co-host (partner, parent or planner)

A co-host gets the same admin access to your wedding as you: they can see every upload, change settings, download everything and place print orders, all from their own login. It's the right way to share access with a partner, parent, maid of honour or planner. Please don't share your own login.

Invite a co-host

  1. Log in and open Settings → Co-hosts → Manage co-hosts (also in your account menu under Co-hosts).
  2. Enter their email address and click Send invitation.
  3. They receive an email, click the link and sign in or create their account with that same email address. Your wedding then appears in their account.

From the same window you can resend or cancel an invitation, or remove a co-host.

Good to know

  • Co-hosts are not guests. Guests never need an account. Only invite people you want to have full control.
  • Anything a co-host buys uses their own payment method, and each person's receipts are private to them.
  • Invitations expire after 14 days.

Troubleshooting invites

  • "It just asks them to create an account." That's expected. A co-host needs their own account. As long as they sign up through the invitation link and with the invited email, they'll be attached to your wedding rather than starting a new one.
  • They see an empty account or are asked to pay. They signed up with a different email from the one you invited, or didn't go through the link. Have them sign out, click the invitation link again and use the invited email. Or cancel and re-invite the email they actually use.
  • "This invitation has expired or has already been used." Send a fresh one with Resend.
  • Asked to verify their email. They need to enter the six-digit code we send to the invited address before the invite can be accepted.
  • Email didn't arrive. Check junk/spam, then resend.
