Deleting, hiding and tidying up photos

You manage uploads from Guest uploads inside your account. If you can't see delete or hide options, you're on the guest page. Log in at app.wedding.studio first.

Delete a photo or video

Hover over the photo (or open it on a phone) and click the bin icon. Deleting is permanent, so download anything you may want later.

Hide instead of delete

Click the hide icon to remove a photo from the guest gallery and slideshow while keeping it safely in your account. You can unhide it any time. This is perfect for blurry shots, duplicates, or photos you'd rather keep private.

Can guests delete their own uploads?

No. Only you and your co-hosts can delete. If a guest uploads something by mistake, they can ask you to remove it.

Finding duplicates

Open the Duplicates tool to review groups of:

• Identical files: the exact same photo uploaded more than once
• Same shot and Same moment, different frame: near-identical photos, for example a burst of the first kiss

Choose which to keep in each group. Nothing is removed without your confirmation.

Things that can't be changed

• The uploader's name on a photo can't be edited. If photos were uploaded under the wrong name, delete them and upload again with the right one. Or switch off Show uploader's name so names aren't displayed to guests.
• Photos can't be moved between albums. Download them and upload to the other album, then delete the originals.
• Deleted photos can't be restored.

Used a photo in a photobook?

If you delete photos that are placed in a photobook draft, the draft will flag them as missing and you'll need to replace them before ordering.
