Downloading your QR code and printing your own cards

Your QR code is free with every plan, and you can download it as many times as you like.

Download your QR code

1. Log in at app.wedding.studio and click Share with guests.
2. Choose Print QR code / Download QR. You'll see a preview of your code.
3. Pick a format:
   • PNG: best for adding to Canva, Word or any design
   • JPG: works everywhere, good for sending to a print shop
   • PDF: best for printing directly

Use a free Canva template

1. In the same window, click Free Canva templates (or visit wedding.studio/qr-code-designs).
2. Choose a design. It opens as your own editable copy in Canva, and a free Canva account is all you need.
3. Upload your QR code PNG and replace the placeholder QR in the template with it.
4. Edit the names and wording, then download and print at home, or send the file to a local print shop, pharmacy photo counter or office-supply store for same-day printing.

Other ideas

Add the code to your welcome sign, menus, order of service, a framed print for the bar, or your save-the-dates and invitations.

Does the QR code expire or change?

No. Your code is permanently linked to your album and keeps working until your album ends, 12 months after your wedding. Renaming your album or changing your date doesn't change it. We can't issue a "new" code, but you can re-download the same one any time.
