How long does my album stay active?

Your album is active from the moment you create it until 12 months after your wedding date.

What that means

• No upload window. Guests can upload before, during and after the wedding, for the whole period. Multi-day celebrations, cruises and destination weddings are all fine.
• The 12 months counts from your wedding date, not from the day you pay. Buying early never costs you time.
• Your QR code doesn't expire during this period and never changes, so it's safe to print well in advance.
• It's a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you won't be charged again.

Before the 12 months is up

Download a copy of everything so you have your memories forever. From your account, choose Download photos & videos and we'll email you a link to a ZIP of all your original, full-quality files. See Downloading all your photos and videos.

Many couples also turn their favourites into a printed photobook from the Print Shop.

After 12 months

Once the period ends, the album is no longer active for uploads or viewing, so please make sure you've downloaded everything before then. You can see your wedding date (and change it if your plans move) in Settings.
