How the guest limit works

Each plan allows a certain number of guests: 10 on Free, 25 on Intimate Wedding, 100 on Most Popular and unlimited on Grand Wedding.

What counts as a guest?

A guest is counted the first time a new device uploads to your wedding. In practice that means one guest = one phone that has shared at least one photo or video.

• Guests who only view the album don't count.
• A guest who uploads 1 photo and a guest who uploads 500 each count once.
• There's no limit on the number of photos or videos.
• Your own uploads from a phone count as one device, like anyone else's.

What happens when the limit is reached?

Guests who have already uploaded can keep uploading. A new guest trying to upload for the first time will see a message that the guest limit has been reached, until you upgrade. Nothing already uploaded is ever affected.

How do I avoid hitting it on the day?

• Choose a plan based on how many people you expect to upload. For a 150-person wedding, Most Popular (100) is often enough, but Grand Wedding removes the worry.
• You can upgrade at any moment, including during the reception, and it takes effect immediately. You only pay the difference.
