Setting up your wedding album in 5 minutes

Your album is live as soon as you create it. Here's the quickest route from sign-up to sharing.

1. Create your account

Go to app.wedding.studio/sign-up and sign up with your email. Use an email you'll keep using, because your purchase and album are tied to it.

2. Name your album and add your date

Give your album a name (for example "The Smith Wedding") and choose your wedding date. Not sure yet? Switch on Date TBA and update it later in Settings. You can also rename the album and add more albums later.

3. Add your name and choose a plan

Pick the plan that matches the number of guests you expect to upload. See Plans explained for help choosing. If you have a gift or voucher code, choose Redeem Voucher on this screen instead of paying.

4. Configure your album

Open Configure album to set the album name and headings guests see, who can view the photos, whether guests must enter their name, and optional extras like a password, the live slideshow and the audio guestbook.

5. Design what guests see

Add a cover photo (upload your own or search free images), and pick a layout, font and colours. Use Preview guest view to see exactly what guests will see.

Click Share with guests to copy your guest link, download your QR code (PNG, JPG or PDF), or send email invitations. Printed QR table cards are optional and can be ordered from the Print Shop.

7. Test it

Scan your QR code with your own phone and upload a photo. If it appears in Guest uploads, you're ready.
