Three ways to share your album: link, QR code and email invitations

Open your wedding and click Share with guests. You'll find three options, and most couples use all of them.

1. Share with link

Click Copy link and paste it anywhere: a group chat, WhatsApp, text message, your wedding website, or a thank-you email. This is the best way to collect photos after the wedding, and for anyone who couldn't attend.

2. Print QR code

Download your QR code as PNG, JPG or PDF and put it on table cards, a welcome sign, the order of service or the bar. Guests point their phone camera at it and the album opens. You can:

  • print your own using our free Canva templates, or
  • order printed QR cards from the Print Shop, delivered to your door.

3. Share with email

Import your guest list and send a designed invitation email from Wedding Studio, now or scheduled for later. You can see who opened and clicked. See Sending email invitations.

Tips

  • Use Preview guest view first to see exactly what guests will see.
  • Always share the guest link from this window, not the address in your own browser bar. See Guest link vs. your admin link.
  • Share before the day too. Guests can upload from engagement parties, showers and rehearsal dinners.
  • Anyone with the link can open your album, so share it only with people you'd like to see it. You can add a password for extra privacy.
