What is Wedding Studio and how does it work?

Wedding Studio is a private online album where your guests share the photos and videos they take at your wedding. Guests scan a QR code or open a link, and upload straight from their phone. There is no app to download and guests don't need an account.

How it works

1. Create your album. Sign up at app.wedding.studio, name your album, add your wedding date and choose a plan. Your album is live straight away.
2. Make it yours. Add a cover photo, choose a design and decide what guests can see (everything, nothing, or a "disposable camera" style reveal later).
3. Share it. Use Share with guests to copy your guest link, download your QR code, or send email invitations. You can print the QR code yourself for free, or order printed QR table cards from the Print Shop.
4. Collect memories. Guests upload unlimited photos and videos in full quality, before, during and after the wedding.
5. Keep them forever. Download everything in one go, or turn your favourites into a printed photobook.

Good to know

• It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Your album stays active from the moment you create it until 12 months after your wedding date.
• Only people with your link or QR code can reach your album, and you can add a password.
• Wedding Studio is not a photography service. It collects the photos your guests take.
