Why do I see two charges? Album plan vs. printed QR cards

If you see two payments to Wedding Studio, you almost certainly haven't been double charged. The digital album and printed QR cards are two separate purchases, and their prices can look alike.

The most common case: two $49 charges

• $49 = the Most Popular plan (your digital album for up to 100 guests)
• $49 = 20 printed QR table cards, ordered separately

Other combinations work the same way, for example $49 for the plan plus $79 for 50 cards, or an extra charge for express shipping.

How to check what you bought

1. Log in and open Settings → Purchase history to see every payment made by your account, each with its Stripe receipt.
2. Open Print Shop → Your print orders to see any card or photobook orders.

Each purchase also sends its own receipt email with a different receipt number.

I didn't mean to order cards

Printed cards are completely optional. Your QR code is free to download and print yourself. If you ordered cards by mistake, email info@wedding.studio as soon as possible. If the order hasn't gone to print, we can cancel and refund it.

What will it say on my bank statement?

Our charges appear as wedding.studio.

It really is a duplicate

If Purchase history shows the same item charged twice, or you accidentally bought under two different email addresses, send us both receipt numbers and we'll refund the duplicate.
