Can guests download photos?

Yes, one at a time. When your gallery is visible to guests, they can open any photo or video and tap the download icon to save it.

Guests can't bulk-download the whole album. That's by design, to keep control of your memories with you. Downloading everything as a ZIP is available to the couple and co-hosts only.

Guests can't download anything

If your album is set to Only the couple can view or an unrevealed Disposable Camera, guests can't see the gallery, so there's nothing to download. Change this under Configure album → Who can see the photos?

How do I give family a copy of everything?

• Export and share. Download the full ZIP yourself (see Downloading all your photos and videos) and share it through Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud or a USB stick.
• Add them as a co-host if you're happy for them to have full admin access. They can then export everything themselves.

Can guests order prints or a photobook?

Not directly. Printed photobooks are ordered from the couple's account in the Print Shop, and you can add extra copies at a discount to the same order. They make lovely gifts for parents and grandparents.

For individual prints, guests can download the photos they'd like and print them with any photo-printing service.

I'm a guest and I've lost the album link

Ask the couple to re-send it. For privacy reasons we can't share a couple's album link with anyone else.
