Ordering printed QR cards: templates, quantities and pricing
Printed QR cards are an optional extra: professionally printed table cards with your album's QR code and your names, delivered to your door. You can always print your own for free instead.
How to order
- Log in and open Print Shop → Order printed QR cards.
- Choose a template. There are over 20 designs, from modern minimalist to botanical, boho and classic.
- Customize. Edit the names and wording. The preview shows exactly what will be printed.
- Choose a quantity.
- Enter shipping details, choose standard or express delivery, and pay.
Check the preview carefully. Cards are printed exactly as shown, including any placeholder text you haven't changed. Check names, spelling, the date and your address before paying.

- 20 cards: $49
- 50 cards: $79 (most popular)
- 100 cards: $99
- 150 cards: $129
- 200 cards: $159
- 300 cards: $229

How many do I need?
You don't need one per guest. One card for every two to four guests is plenty, which is about two or three per table, plus a few extras for the bar, welcome table and guest book.
- Up to 60 guests: 20 cards
- 60 to 150 guests: 50 cards
- 150+ guests: 100 cards
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Cards for the US and Canada are printed locally in North America and sent with USPS or Canada Post. Other countries receive an A6-size card printed as close to you as possible.
When should I order?
Ideally three to four weeks before your wedding. See Delivery times, express shipping and "will they arrive before my wedding?"
Which album do the cards link to?
Your cards carry your album's QR code, or your welcome page if that's your sharing destination. The code keeps working if you later rename the album or change your date.
