Delivery times, express shipping and "will they arrive before my wedding?"

Typical delivery times

• Standard: around 7 to 10 business days
• Express: around 5 to 6 business days

These include printing (usually 1 to 3 business days) plus postage. Your checkout shows the estimate for your address, and your confirmation email gives an estimated delivery window. Weekends and public holidays don't count, and peak wedding season can add a day or two.

Will they arrive in time?

• 3+ weeks away: standard shipping is fine.
• 2 to 3 weeks away: choose express and order today.
• 10 to 14 days away: express may make it, but we can't guarantee it. Order immediately, and prepare a backup (below).
• Under 10 days: we recommend not ordering. Print your own instead.

Delivery is handled by the postal service (USPS in the US), and once a parcel is with them we can't speed it up. Travelling before the wedding? Have the cards sent to where you'll be, or to someone who can bring them.

Can I add express shipping after ordering?

Only if the order hasn't gone to print. Email info@wedding.studio straight away with your receipt number.

The fast backup: print your own today

1. Click Share with guests → Download QR and save your code.
2. Open our free Canva templates, swap in your QR code and names.
3. Print at home, or send the file to a local print shop, office-supply store, pharmacy photo counter or even your hotel's front desk for same-day printing.

Many couples simply print one or two larger signs for the entrance and bar, and share the link in the group chat. It works just as well.

I ordered and they won't arrive in time

Tell us. If the order hasn't been printed we'll cancel and refund it. If it's already on the way, get in touch anyway and we'll work something out. See Tracking your order and Refunds and cancellations.
