Tracking your print order (and why USPS tracking often lags)

Where to check

  1. Log in and open Print Shop → Your print orders. QR cards and photobooks both appear here with their current status. Click refresh if you're waiting on an update.
  2. Check your email. We send "QR Cards Ordered!" when you order, and "Your QR cards are on the way!" with a tracking link as soon as they ship. Look in junk/spam too.

What the statuses mean

  • Awaiting confirmation: we've received your order and it's being sent to the printer.
  • In production: being printed. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Changes are no longer possible.
  • Printed, preparing shipment: printed and being packed.
  • Shipped: handed to the carrier. Your tracking link is active.
  • Delivered: the carrier reports it delivered.
  • Returned, contact support: the parcel came back, usually because of an address problem. Email us and we'll re-send it.
  • Draft, not submitted: you started an order but didn't complete checkout. Nothing has been ordered or charged.

My tracking hasn't updated in days

This is very common with USPS and rarely means anything is wrong. Parcels often aren't scanned between the first "label created / accepted" scan and the final delivery scans, so tracking can sit still for days and then jump to "Out for delivery". Go by the estimated delivery window in your shipping email rather than the latest scan.

Tracking says delivered but I don't have it

  • Check your mailbox carefully. Cards ship in a flat envelope or small box that fits in a standard mailbox.
  • Check with neighbours, your building's mail room or front desk, and anyone else at the address.
  • Carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered up to a day early.
  • Check the address on your order confirmation.

When to contact us

Email info@wedding.studio with your receipt number if:

  • your estimated delivery window has passed
  • tracking shows the parcel being returned or travelling somewhere odd
  • it's marked delivered and hasn't turned up within 2 days

We'll chase the carrier and, where needed, reprint with express shipping at no cost. If your wedding is close, download your QR code and print a backup in the meantime.
