Logging in with an email code (there's no password)

Wedding Studio uses passwordless sign-in. Instead of a password, we email you a one-time six-digit code each time you log in on a new device.

How to log in

Go to app.wedding.studio.
Enter the email address you signed up (or purchased) with.
Open the email from Wedding Studio and enter the six-digit code.

You'll stay logged in on that device, so you won't need a code every time.

The code didn't arrive

Wait a minute, then check your junk/spam and, in Gmail, the Promotions tab.
Check for a typo in your email address on the sign-in screen.
Request a new code. Only the most recent code works.
Work and university email accounts sometimes block automated emails. Try again from a personal address if you signed up with one.

"I forgot my password"

You don't have one, and you don't need one. If you're shown a password field, choose the email-code option instead.

It keeps logging me out

Private/incognito browsing, or browsers set to clear cookies on close, will sign you out each time. Use a normal browser window, and open the site directly in Safari or Chrome rather than inside the Facebook or Instagram in-app browser.

I logged in but my album isn't there

You're probably signed in with a different email from the one the album was created with. See "It's asking me to pay again" or "my album is empty".
