Redeeming a gift or voucher code

If someone bought Wedding Studio for you, you'll have received up to three codes: one for the album plan, one for printed QR cards and one for a photobook. Each is used in a different place.

1. Album plan code

1. Go to app.wedding.studio/sign-up and create your account with your own email.
2. Name your album and add your wedding date.
3. When asked to choose a plan, click Redeem Voucher instead of selecting a plan.
4. Paste your code and confirm. Your plan is activated with nothing to pay.

Already have an account? Open Upgrade from your account menu and choose Claim Gift Code.

2. Printed cards code

Open Print Shop → Order printed QR cards, design your cards, and on the payment page click Add promotion code and enter the card code.

3. Photobook code

Create your photobook in the Print Shop after the wedding, and enter the photobook code under Add promotion code at checkout.

My code isn't working

• Copy and paste it rather than typing. Codes are case-sensitive, and letters such as g/q, l/I and 0/O are easy to mix up.
• "Gift code not found": check for extra spaces, and make sure you're using the plan code on the plan screen, not a card or photobook code (or the other way round).
• "Gift code has already been claimed": it was already used, possibly on another email address of yours. Try logging in with your other email.
• "You're already on this plan": your account already has this plan or a higher one, so there's nothing to redeem.
• Never received the codes? They're emailed to the buyer. Ask them to check their junk folder for an email from Wedding Studio.
