Wedding seating chart tool: signing in and recovering a saved chart

Our free seating chart planner lives on our main website, not inside your album account.

Where to find it

Go to wedding.studio/seating-chart. It's free to use, and you don't need a Wedding Studio plan.

Save your chart to your email

1. On the seating chart page click Sign in.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the six-digit code we email you.

Once signed in, your chart is saved to your email, so you can open it on any device by signing in the same way. We recommend doing this as soon as you start, and exporting a copy when you're finished.

"My seating chart has disappeared"

It's very unlikely to be lost. Try these in order:

1. Sign in. Go to the seating chart page, click Sign in and use the same email as before. Your saved chart should load automatically.
2. Go back to the same device and browser. If you built the chart without signing in, it's stored in the web browser on that computer or phone. Open the same browser on the same device and go to the seating chart page. Your chart should still be there. Then sign in to save it properly.
3. Don't clear your browser history or data until you've recovered it. A chart stored only in the browser is erased if you clear site data. Private/incognito windows don't keep it at all.

Exporting your chart

Use the Save or Export option on the chart page to download a copy you can print or send to your venue.

I can't find seating inside my album account

That's expected for now. The planner is the separate tool linked above, and your album login at app.wedding.studio doesn't include it yet.
