Using your photobook credit or voucher at checkout
There are three kinds of photobook discount. All are used at photobook checkout, but they're applied in slightly different ways.
1. Bundle credit (applied automatically)
If you bought a Wedding Bundle, your $60 photobook credit is attached to your account.
- Log in with the email you bought the bundle with.
- Create your book in Print Shop → Create photobook.
- At checkout the credit is deducted automatically. You'll see the reduced total before you pay.
$60 covers a standard 32-page softcover book. If you choose a hardcover, a larger size or more pages, you simply pay the difference.
2. Gift voucher code
If your bundle was bought as a gift, you'll have a photobook code instead. On the payment page click Add promotion code and enter it.
3. Referral voucher ($50)
Earned by inviting a friend. Find it under Your $50 voucher in your account menu, and enter it under Add promotion code at photobook checkout. It's valid until 12 months after your wedding date.
Good to know
- Credits and vouchers apply to the book. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
- A credit is used in one order. Any unused remainder doesn't carry over, so it's worth using it on a book that costs at least the credit amount.
- Only one promotion code can be entered per order.
- Credits can't be exchanged for cash or used on plans.
My credit isn't showing at checkout
- Wrong account. This is the usual cause. Sign out, and sign in with the email the bundle was purchased with. If a co-host bought it, they need to place the order, or contact us.
- It's a gift code. Those aren't automatic. Enter the code under Add promotion code.
- Already used. Check Print Shop → Your print orders for an earlier photobook order.
If it still isn't right, don't pay yet. Email info@wedding.studio with your bundle receipt number and we'll fix it.
