Using Wedding Studio for a quinceañera, birthday or other event

Wedding Studio works for any event: quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, reunions and corporate events. The link and QR code work exactly the same. You just change the wording guests see.

Remove the word "Wedding" from your album

1. Log in at app.wedding.studio and open your album.
2. Click Configure album.
3. Under Details, edit:
   • Album name, for example "Sofia's Quinceañera"
   • Gallery label: change "Wedding Gallery" to anything you like
   • Album heading and Subtitle
4. Save, then use Preview guest view to check it.

What about the date?

Enter your event date where it asks for a wedding date. Your album stays active until 12 months after that date.

Printed QR cards

When ordering printed cards you can edit the text on the card in the Customize step, so it doesn't need to mention a wedding. Or download your QR code and drop it into any design of your own.
