Customising how your album looks: cover photo, design, headings and badge
Use Preview guest view at any time to see your changes exactly as guests will.
Cover photo
Open the guest page editor and choose Photo. You can:
- upload your own image, such as an engagement photo, or
- search free images and pick one, which is handy if you don't have a photo yet.
If you don't choose anything, a default floral cover is shown. You can also turn the cover off for a simpler look.
Layout, fonts, colours and buttons
In the editor's Design tab, choose a Layout, Font, Colors and Buttons style. Under Content, choose which albums appear on your welcome page. Switch between phone and desktop previews as you go.
Album design
Each album has its own look under Configure album → Appearance:
- Classic: a white card over a soft background photo
- Photo header: a full-screen cover photo with an elegant serif title
Upload the album's header or background image here too, and choose the thumbnail used on your welcome page.
Wording
Under Configure album → Details, edit the Album name, Gallery label, Album heading and Subtitle, for example to welcome guests, or to remove the word "wedding" for another kind of event.
Remove the Wedding Studio badge
On any paid plan, switch on Hide badge under Appearance. On the Free plan the badge stays until you upgrade.
Cover photo not updating?
- Check an option with a cover is selected in Appearance / Layout.
- Refresh the guest page. Browsers sometimes hold on to the old image for a minute.
- Use a JPG or PNG. Very large files can take a moment to process.
