How to upload your own photos as the couple (from a phone or computer)
You upload to your album the same way your guests do, through the guest page. This works on a phone, tablet or computer.
Steps
- Log in at app.wedding.studio.
- Click Preview guest view (or copy your guest link from Share with guests and open it in your browser).
- If you have several albums, choose the one you want to add to.
- Click Upload and select your files. On a computer you can select a whole folder's worth at once.
- Keep the page open until it says Upload complete.
Your uploads then appear in Guest uploads alongside everyone else's.
Adding your photographer's photos
Download the gallery from your photographer to a computer first, then upload from there on Wi-Fi. JPG files are ideal. RAW files (such as .CR2, .NEF or .ARW) aren't supported, so ask your photographer for JPGs.
Tips
- For hundreds of photos, upload in batches of 100 to 200 so it's easy to see what's done.
- Each photo can be up to 50 MB and each video up to 2.5 GB.
- If "Require names" is on, the name you enter is attached to those uploads and can't be edited afterwards. To correct it, delete the photos and upload them again with the right name.
- If your gallery is in upload-only or Disposable Camera mode, you won't see the photos on the guest page after uploading. Look in Guest uploads in your account instead.
Putting photos in a specific album
Photos go into whichever album's page you upload from, and can't be moved between albums afterwards. Open the correct album first.
